Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a stock taking or retail operations role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
