Job Title: Retail Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock counts, managing team performance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, ensuring accurate and efficient stock counts
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites
  • Manage team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Travel to different client sites each day, occasionally staying away from home
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
