Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our Cooling Tech division in the North of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers, providing technical and practical support across the region, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities:


• Oversee the daily operations of our service team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.


• Provide technical support to regional service engineers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.


• Liaise with management and clients to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records and reports, including service schedules and customer interactions.


• Collaborate with the RSM to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:


• Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations.


• Strong technical knowledge of industrial systems and equipment, including commercial chillers.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.


• Ability to operate on own initiative and as part of a team to effect attainment of agreed targets and objectives.


• Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken, with a 'can-do' attitude.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel and Word.


• Time-served industrial refrigeration engineer with relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds 2078/2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling and CITB/C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate.
