Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Telesales Manager to lead, plan and implement the domestic sales growth strategy. This includes taking responsibility of a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services, completing the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership, and complying with Group H&S policies and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
  • To support the development of the domestic sales strategy, which ensures growth targets are achieved
  • To manage the sales pipeline of leads from the company data, self-generated, marketing, and other sources across the business including inbound calls
  • To cross and up sell new products and services to new and existing customer base
  • To ensure all customer activity is logged on the CRM package, including all interaction, calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, quotes, and complaints
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintains and inspires a results-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators
  • Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
