About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Team Manager to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the nursing team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing team.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing or related field, ANP/ACP qualification, and NMC registration.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in primary care, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
