- Clinical Expertise and Decision Making
- Use your clinical expertise to assess potential donors and make decisions about their suitability for blood donation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective blood donation practices.
- Training and Development
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and engagement.
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all aspects of blood donation are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.

- Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
