Lead Nurse

As a Lead Nurse in our Neurological Care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with neurological illnesses. You will lead a team of dedicated nurses and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
With a strong background in nursing and leadership, you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care. You will also be responsible for coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and support
- Coordinate the quality and management of nursing care
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
- Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care
- Annual salary of £40,000 - £42,000 (D.O.E)
