- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and services
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and services
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care
- NMC registration
