We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our world-class HR team at Randstad, a leading recruitment company. As a key member of our HR shared services team, you will provide a professional, comprehensive, proactive, and responsive HR service to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations Advisory: Work with HR Business Partners and other team members to identify key priorities, aligning with our HR strategy.
- Coaching and Upskilling: Support and coach managers in all Employee Relations matters, from early intervention to formal cases, including performance management, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies.
- Case Management: End-to-end case management of Employee Relations matters.
- Generalist Support: Provide generalist support to the business, including onboarding, conducting exit interviews, and contributing to regional and global projects.
- HR Policy and Procedure: Assist the HR team in maintaining, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures and job descriptions.
- Legislative Knowledge: Proactively ensure knowledge of UK employment legislation is up to date to be the first point of contact for generalist HR matters.
- Employee Engagement: Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to positively influence employee engagement, turnover, and stability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong Employee Relations Advisory Skills
