We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to advise clients on their risk & healthcare benefits strategy, covering insurance benefits, flexible benefits, and benefits technology.
About the Role
This role involves working with a portfolio of existing clients to provide expert advice on group risk and group healthcare products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge in workplace pension advice and expand your client base.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in advising clients on group risk and healthcare products. A strong understanding of flexible benefits and benefits technology is also essential. GR1 and/or IF7 with the CII would be an advantage. You should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
