About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits packages, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure optimal service delivery
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Oversee the benefits enrollment process for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the administration of benefits programs, including ERISA and HIPAA
  • Prepare and present benefits-related reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in the design and execution of employee benefits policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of employee benefits administration, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external partners
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

What We Offer

  • An annual salary range of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
  • A hybrid working model, with a balance of remote and in-office work
