Employee Benefits Implementation Specialist

A highly skilled Employee Benefits Implementation Specialist is required to join the flexible benefits division of a long-standing client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients from the start to the launch of their benefits platform
  • Liaise with advisers on agreed benefit structures with clients
  • Identify opportunities to add or alter benefits for clients


Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience with working with employee benefits platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • 5 years experience in the employee benefits industry


This role is fully remote, with the expectation of attending a Brighton office once per month.
