We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live fulfilled and happy lives.

Our ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a positive approach, always on the lookout for new activities and ideas to bring joy to our residents. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to listen actively, and have a strong understanding of individual needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new team in a state-of-the-art purpose-built home. We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, plus a range of benefits including regular supervision, peer support, and learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising individual activity plans based on people's unique goals and interests, fostering community spirit through group activities, and supporting people to maintain their current hobbies and take up new ones.

We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they are not essential for this role. What matters most is your passion for delivering person-centred care and your ability to make every day better for our residents.
