Luxury Cashier Job Description

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a renowned luxury retailer to find a skilled Luxury Cashier for a prestigious Luxury Brand based in either their Flagship Boutique on Bond Street or Harrods.

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Assistant with strong Cashier/management experience who can thrive in a luxury retail sales environment and contribute to its success and growth. The ideal candidate will work with an impressive range of luxury products in a superb store environment.

Our client offers a competitive basic salary of up to £36K+ Commission, providing a genuine opportunity for career progression and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash payments, currencies, credit cards, and cheques, ensuring consistency with Company procedures and tax regulations.
  • Process billing and credit notes according to local regulations, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Company guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering an outstanding experience to high-value guests and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience as a Cashier in a luxury boutique is ideal but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
