Dynamic Learning Coach

We are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our team at the Wayman Learning Trust school in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. As a Key Stage 1 specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Year 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting and excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
- Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
