We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust, a reputable school in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students' social and emotional development, fostering a love for learning. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, assessing and monitoring students' progress, and providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Early Years curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons

This is a permanent contract position, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
