**About Us**:
Yarnton Home & Garden is a vibrant home and garden store located just north of Oxford. The business is undergoing expansion and we are on the lookout for positive and energetic people to take the business confidently into the future.

We are looking to fill this important role with a dynamic, engaging and retail experienced Interiors and Gift Department Supervisor. You will be required to have in-depth product knowledge and help our customers with a range of queries by delivering first class customer service. We are looking for the right person to start an exciting and rewarding career with us.
- Be a strong communicator and a skilled motivational people supervisor.
- Be able to drive sales and profitability for the business by ensuring that the team are driven and motivated to achieve set KPI targets.
- Manage your **team’s** performance by **supporting**, coaching, training, and developing their skills and abilities in our interiors department, toy shop and food hall.
- **Care** about the importance of a positive team culture.
- Be able to create visually appealing displays.
- **Be an expert** in identifying and solving problems in a proactive manner.
- Be IT literate and have exceptional organisational skills.
- Positively manage change and work with the team through each season change with care to deliver the best **service** for our customers.
- Promote our eco friendly and **sustainable** products.
- Manage the rota and teams within our Home, Toy Shop and Food Hall departments.
- Manage stock rotation and stock control

**We are looking for**:

- task. You will be a great problem solver and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in supervising a team and will have worked in retail setting. This role is full time, working alternate weekends.
