Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at Nuffield Health. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits our club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth operation of our reception and café areas, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a caring and helpful manner, and making sure everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the café team to prepare and serve fresh, healthy, and nutritious food and drinks, meeting the high standards of Nuffield Health.
  • Contribute to the creation of a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment, ensuring that our members and visitors feel at ease and supported.
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives, including providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
