North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing safe and high-quality care to our patients every day. As a Paediatric Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

In this role, you will be responsible for recognising and working within your own competence and professional code as regulated by the NMC. You will also work within multi-agency and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure children and young people's needs are met.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellbeing initiatives, staff recognition, and performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will have recent paediatric experience and hold a leadership qualification. A teaching qualification, paediatric clinical skills, and safeguarding experience are desirable but not essential.
