About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Acuro Associates Ltd. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation consulting services to our clients in the UK Higher Education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects related to the implementation of Banner SIS, including build experience across one or more areas such as course catalog, offerings, curriculum management, admissions, enrolment, course registration, and/or student records.
  • Work with customers in the UK Higher Education sector to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams and peers to ensure customer and project expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactively prepare for and deliver high-quality implementation consulting services.
  • Measure success by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilisation targets.
Requirements
  • Strong Student Information System experience (5+ years) with one or more of Banner, Oracle/Peoplesoft Campus, QLS, Quercus, SITS, Thesis Student Management, or other SIS product.
  • Implementation and upgrade experience (3+ years) of SIS or other related software products used within UK Higher Education.
  • Exposure to one or more of course catalog, offerings, curriculum management, admissions, enrolment, course registration, and/or student records.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage activities based on business impact.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Predominantly remote role, but must be able to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services - up to 25% of your time (not a weekly requirement, but a few days as and when needed).
  • Must be based and have the right to work in the UK.
