About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Currency Specialist. As a key member of our airport team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on our range of travel money products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Providing support and advice on our travel money products and services.
  • Processing all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Delivering on key performance goals both procedurally, operationally, and customer-focused.
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient with a firm grasp of numbers to handle large amounts of cash and currency conversions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact on customer experiences.
