Job Title: Account Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our Operations & Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our maintenance activities on-site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform supervisory functions common to a facility maintenance and utility plant operations organization
  • Review and evaluate performance to ensure quality standards are met
  • Take corrective action to resolve problems and improve processes
  • Work with the Facility Manager to ensure efficient utilization of staff and resources
  • Make task assignments as needed for work tickets and preventative maintenance work orders
  • Solve problems within procedural limitations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
  • Ensure staff complete PMs and work orders as scheduled each month
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical services in a building services environment, preferably in integrated facilities management within financial services, manufacturing, and industry or healthcare
  • Vocational education in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of work order control procedures and computerized maintenance management systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
