As Chief Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team to achieve outstanding results. You will deputise for the Store Manager, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to, and compliance is managed professionally.

The role involves setting and implementing tasks to ensure the team delivers effective service, stock management and customer flow. You will drive the team to meet and exceed all targets, ensuring they are set clear targets to reach their potential. Additionally, you will complete daily stock ordering to drive store availability.

The role is commutable from Sydenham, Croydon, Brixton, Catford, Eltham and Bromley. This is a permanent, full-time position offering unlimited opportunities for progression in one of the UK's fastest-growing businesses.
