This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity for a Specialist Doctor in Community Medicine to make a real difference in the lives of elderly patients. With a Medical Degree from a recognised university, Full GMC registration with a licence to practise at time of appointment, and meets the criteria set out in the Specialist grade generic capabilities framework, you will be part of a well-integrated multidisciplinary team providing high-standard care to the local community.

The role includes medical assessment and triage of medical admissions, ongoing management, organising investigations and treatment planning for patients with a range of illness and complex rehab needs. You will work closely with consultant physician geriatrician, ACP, junior doctor team, and experienced ward nursing team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of your contribution to the trust's commitment to providing high-quality services.
