Community Mental Health Nurse

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus overtime pay rates of £18.50- £28.29 per hour.

Overview:

Nothing But Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our Initial Response Services team in Lancashire. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality mental health care and ensuring effective risk assessment and management within a dynamic 24/7 service.


Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality mental health care to service users.
  2. Conduct ongoing accurate assessments of risk posed by service users to themselves or others.
  3. Communicate risk assessments to other professionals involved in the service user's care.
  4. Manage risks in unpredictable environments.
  5. Document service user care plans and progress.
  6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional mental health services.

Requirements:
  1. Professional qualification as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  2. Experience in mental health risk assessment and management.
  3. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
