Project Support Administrator

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our team in Romsey. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative support to our project delivery teams, ensuring the efficient running of the project office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer project setup using existing systems to create file and folder structures for new projects.
  • Audit project documentation at key milestones to ensure deliverables are stored in the correct folders.
  • Prepare project proposals and bills, tracking project proposals and bids, including tender submissions.
  • Assist with document transmission to clients, acting as a document controller.
  • Support Contract Managers with preparation of all deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project-specific Quality Assurance documents.
  • Provide local administrative support to the Regional Security Controller, including management of staff security clearances.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use initiative to make decisions.
  • Able to multitask with a demonstrated willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in an engineering consultancy would be advantageous.

Please note that the successful candidate will require the ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance. This role would suit both full-time and part-time candidates.
