Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our busy Storage facility in Crewe. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on all overnight website enquiries and convert prospects into storage customers.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure the security and integrity of our storage units.
- Sell products in our retail shop and provide excellent customer service.
