Finance Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Director to join our team at Wise Employment. This is a permanent position offering a salary of £37,500 - £42,500 (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance department, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the effective management of financial resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and control financial budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and regulatory filings
- Lead and manage a team of finance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior finance role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
