Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Flexicruit.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis field-based role involves servicing existing customer base and cultivating new business opportunities using our tried-and-tested soft-selling approach.
- Develop new business opportunities using our proven sales structure and process.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients within the designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities to enhance our visibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A clean driver's license.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- A salary of £29,000 per annum.
- Commission/bonuses.
- 22 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
- A Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.

- A company van, fuel allowance, and communication package (laptop, printer, phone, headset, etc.).

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
