As an HR/finance administrator with MSF UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the workforce, handling finances, and ensuring compliance with local laws and customs.



Responsibilities:




  • Manage the workforce, including recruitment, training, and accommodation
  • Handle finances, including payroll and budget management
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and customs
  • Work closely with local staff to build their capacity and ensure safe working conditions


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 months' work or volunteer experience in a low-income country
  • Fluency in English and B1 level in French
  • Ability to work in unstable areas and manage stress
