Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards one
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
