About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Planner and Scheduler to join our client's team in Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary range of £29,000 - £35,000 per annum and will be responsible for planning and scheduling production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Planner and Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and generating progress reports. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth processes and maintain in-house schedules. Your role will also involve keeping project resources on track, providing regular updates to staffing and customers, liaising with all resources to achieve goals and objectives, and managing conflicting requirements alongside project staff.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a similar position, excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, IT skills including word, excel, email, and familiarity with MRP systems. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines, and have a positive attitude.
