Mechanical Equipment Specialist

Tec Partners is looking for a skilled Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team in Diss. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical equipment, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine scheduled maintenance on mechanical equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components.
- Respond promptly to equipment faults and failures, diagnosing and fixing breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install new parts and ensure machinery is fully operational, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.
- Manage and control maintenance tools, equipment, and stores, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Address emergencies, unplanned problems, and carry out necessary repairs, prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and actively contribute to improving standards, fostering a positive work environment.
- Possess 18th Edition qualification and relevant experience within a similar role.
- Hold IPAF certification and have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical principles.
- Desirable but not essential: 2391 Test and Inspection qualification.
Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
