Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Tec Partners in Diss. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine scheduled maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to equipment faults and failures, diagnosing and fixing breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install new parts and ensure machinery is fully operational, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry regulations.
- Manage and control maintenance tools, equipment, and stores, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Address emergencies, unplanned problems, and carry out necessary repairs, prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and actively contribute to improving standards, fostering a positive work environment.
- Operate specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other testing tools, staying up-to-date with the latest technology advancements.
- Provide continuous cover and support to ensure machinery and equipment are kept running smoothly, meeting the needs of our clients.
- Possess 18th Edition qualification and relevant experience within a similar role.
- Hold IPAF certification and have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical principles.
- Desirable but not essential: 2391 Test and Inspection qualification.
Salary Range: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum
