About the Role

We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone. This is a brilliant opportunity to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.

As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security of our development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.

This is a hugely rewarding role and a career to be proud of, where every day you will go home knowing you made a positive difference to the lives of older people.

About You
  • You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
  • You will want to work in the Health and Social care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification although consideration will be given to a candidate with an alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
  • You will be able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
