  • Build an understanding of the market landscape and competitors
  • Refine product ideation into a detailed roadmap based on the value proposition and product strategy
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a passion for leveraging technology to improve health outcomes globally. You should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving innovation and managing complex product ecosystems.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a product manager, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • A degree in life sciences or experience working within a life sciences company (experience in infectious disease diagnostics, genomics, or lab diagnostics is a bonus)
  • Comfort working with agile development teams, creating user stories, and defining success criteria
  • Ability to lead customer-facing discussions and visits, as well as engage in conference presentations and networking

We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme participation, travel allowance, and a range of benefits, including enhanced sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
