About the Job:

Bighornlaw is a residential development company seeking a highly skilled construction administrative assistant to join our team at Denyon Homes. In this role, you will provide administrative support, manage purchase and change orders, and assist with special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to our construction company.
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients effectively.
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage work and product orders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project planning and scheduling.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor and communicate progress, status, and issues quickly and accurately.
  • Document Filing: Submit building permit applications and related documentation.
  • Deadline Adherence: Manage tasks, time, and others well; Meet various day-to-day deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Time and Task Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Educational Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree is a bonus - high school diploma is required.
Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly
