Nexus Elite is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our Seasonal Turnaround Services (STS) business unit. This role requires an outstanding individual with the talent, ambition, and loyalty to flourish in a fast-growing FM provider.

The STS division specializes in delivering deep cleaning and hotel housekeeping services to the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and university sectors. With continued success essential to our long-term business objectives, we need someone who can collaborate effectively with our Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to bid and win work with new PBSA organizations and universities.

As Senior Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for independently generating new leads and completing bids in private sector (PBSA) and public sector (university) RFP processes. You will be supported by our Business Development Director but must demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver a £1m+ sales target.

We offer a basic salary dependant on experience, plus commission and car allowance. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

To apply, you must have worked for a facilities management company or held a facilities management role and possess new business development experience. Public sector/university bid experience is preferred but not essential. We require evidence of managing and delivering a significant sales target.
