At GXO Logistics, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology leadership, you'll play a crucial role in driving the adoption and usage of our Salesforce platform.

About the Role:

  • Lead the implementation of well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and products using industry-standard tools, libraries, and approaches.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, communicate solution design trade-offs, and build and execute CRM platform development plans.
  • Perform technical solution reviews and provide recommendations to improve adoption and usage.
  • Provide technical expertise in Apex coding, Visualforce development, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.
  • Design user interfaces, tool screens, and end-user workflows to maximize understandability of information, ease of use, and alignment to GXO standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A high level of experience across multiple Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft, Pardot, etc., with a depth of expertise in specific clouds.
  • Strong technology leadership with outstanding presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies, systems architecture, and expert ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
  • Experience with Python or Java programming and understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages.
