Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Solutions Architect to join our team at Erin Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading Business Analysts and Testers in Business Change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead Business Analysts and Testers in Business Change projects
  • Develop and implement Business Change solutions using Salesforce and other financial systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Business Analysts and Testers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
  • Expertise in Salesforce and other financial systems
  • Operational design and process re-engineering skills
  • Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince II) qualifications are highly desirable
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
