About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Solutions Architect to join our team at Erin Associates. As a key member of our Business Analysis team, you will be responsible for leading Business Analysts and Testers on Business Change projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead Business Analysts and Testers on Business Change projects
  • Develop and implement business solutions using Salesforce and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and project sponsors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
  • Expertise in Salesforce and other relevant tools
  • Operational design and process re-engineering experience
  • Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince II) qualifications are highly desirable
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
