Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Resourcing Coordinator to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a vital role in delivering a proactive, responsive, and business-focused permanent recruitment service across Sirona, driving continuous improvement and best practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to coordinators, ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process.
- Act as a lead for ESR & TRAC knowledge, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and expertise.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, utilizing the Trac system to delegate workload effectively.
- Take responsibility for dealing with all enquiries and correspondence relating to the service, promoting excellent customer service.
- Support recruitment and interview events, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
- Assist with compliance reporting and monthly onboarding, ensuring that all necessary processes are followed.
Requirements
- GCSEs in Maths and English, Grade A-C or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a busy recruitment/resourcing function, with a proven track record of developing and supervising others.
- Good levels of IT literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
