We are currently seeking an Advanced Pharmacist to join our Cancer Pharmacy team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist in this role, you will be working at the forefront of clinical pharmacy practice, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to adult cancer patients across two sites – Churchill Hospital and Horton General Hospital.

The role involves delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, participating in pharmacy services to the Day Treatment Unit, and conducting Pharmacist led oral anti-cancer treatment education clinics. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in quality control and quality assurance.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced pharmacist with a strong passion for cancer care. The successful candidate will need to be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate complex information to patients and healthcare professionals, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,470 - £58,480 per annum, depending on experience.
