Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our rapidly expanding client, an FMCG company based in North Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Amazon UK and Amazon EU, including processing orders through internal system SAP, arranging shipping through Vendor Central, and creating relevant documents and labels.
  • Track weekly orders and provide information on availability to internal departments.
  • Invoice shipments on Vendor Central.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end returns, short claims, and debit notes.
  • Track chargebacks and work with the Customer Development Manager to reduce them.
  • Ensure sales are invoiced quickly and efficiently, and that payment and credit terms are in place with all customers.
  • Arrange samples as requested.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and queries by telephone or email.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer support role is essential.
  • Previous experience of order entry, dispatch, and arranging logistics.
  • The drive to ensure all customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A team player who works flexibly.
  • A problem solver who is solutions-focused.
