In our pursuit of excellence, we are seeking a talented and motivated Early Career English Teacher to join our dynamic team at Philip Morant School and College.

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who shares our passion for education. As a Teacher of English, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support to our young people. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assessing and providing constructive feedback to students, enabling them to reach their full potential
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong academic background in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. We welcome applications from individuals with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
