High-Level Family Office Operations Manager

At Agreus, we are seeking a highly experienced High-Level Family Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our international single-family office in London.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large teams and developing property management strategies across multiple international locations. They will be responsible for establishing efficient processes, ensuring impeccable team performance, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing property management strategies
- Managing a sizeable international team to establish efficient processes
- Introducing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and convenience of property use
- Developing and managing budgets and optimizing costs
- Developing and coordinating exclusive travels and planning unique routes and events
- Creating a network of premium contacts and partnerships
- Organizing and managing large events and functions
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role in an international setting
- Experience managing large teams
- Fluent English and Russian is required
- Willingness to travel
