About the Position:

The Lincoln Cornhill Executive is looking for a Strategic Maintenance Director to lead their Asset Maintenance service. This is a key leadership role that requires significant experience and expertise in managing complex assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy to deliver against the organisation's corporate ambitions and priorities
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Asset Maintenance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Manage the planned works manager, repairs manager, asset support manager, development manager, and health & safety manager
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Asset Maintenance team, driving innovation and excellence
  • Establish and manage capital expenditure budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources
  • Foster a culture of employee development, providing opportunities for growth and career progression
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading a public sector Asset Management Service
  • Extensive experience in managing both commercial and domestic assets
  • Demonstrated ability to control and manage substantial budgets
  • Capacity to develop and maintain a high-performing team culture
