About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Attega Group Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via various channels, providing timely and professional responses to their queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure all customers receive the highest level of customer service, meeting their needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach to meeting business needs.
