We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Correct Contract Services Limited. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, handling inbound calls, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound calls, taking messages and information, and efficiently relaying them to colleagues across different departments.
- Make outbound calls as necessary, communicating with customers and clients to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Accurately take and record customer information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay informed about new customers and updates shared by various teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify potential enhancements to systems and processes, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, as assigned by the Line Manager, and complete additional duties as required by the business.
- Exceptional customer focus and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to include computer literacy and excellent typing skills.
- Good organizational skills, including own time management.
- Administration and customer service experience.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Confident on the telephone.
