Key Responsibilities- Supporting SEN learners with complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery to ensure a tailored approach to meet the needs of each learner
- Working closely with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to learners to help them build confidence and self-esteem
